Venue of the Conference The Venue isthe Conference Hall of the Gwol Hotel, Barkin Ladi, Plateau State-Nigeria from Friday 28th to Sunday 30th October 2005. Applications for Participation All applications for participation MUST be completed and returned to the Secretariat on/or before October 20, 2005 by 6:00pm.Applications received after this date and time will not be entertained
